What is Bipolar Disability?

It is a mental illness that can be categorized as several mood disorders. Formerly called manic depression, this disorder can cause extreme mood swings due to certain mental health conditions. It is divided into two parts: mania and lows. Mania or hypomania is the period when one goes through emotional highs- feels highly energetic and overconfident. On the other hand, during lows, one feels very depressed. This way, the mood shifts, making the person unable to think or do any work; it also affects sleeping and behavioral activities.

Without treatment, it is hard to control such mood swings.
