The Koji Furuta’s Ukiyoe Tarot deck is an adaptation of an old Japanese Marseille’s painting, featuring Ukiyoe or “floating world” style art that originated in Japan in the mid-1600s.

The original artwork of each Ukiyoe Tarot card measures about seven inches by ten inches and is owned by Stuart and Marilyn R. Kaplan playing card collections.
