The Herbal Tarot Deck is a deck of 78 cards, each one designed by Michael Tierra to represent one of the 78 Herbal Divination Cards.
There are many Herbal Tarot decks available on the market today. All of these decks, however, have several qualities in common. They are plain white, and they all use the same imagery.
In addition, the traditional symbols of the Major Arcana (the 24 Major Arcana cards in a deck) are represented solely in the Majors. There is no definition for the Minor Arcana cards. With this in mind, it is evident that an element of copyright infringement is taking place.
