This tarot deck quickly became the industry norm among tarot card users, and it is still the most popular today.

Overall, this is a Tarot deck for rookies and novices. It is designed for novices who want to enhance their memorization skills and develop interpreting rollbacks. To make place for the text, the outermost borders of the visuals have been eliminated, condensing the images to a limited scale. Proverbial interpretations and/or recommendations for the card are provided above and below each illustration. On a blue background, the opposite meaning is displayed upside-down, while the straight interpretation is put on a gold backstory.

Mary Hanson-Roberts recolored the image. This deck is based on the best-selling Universal Waite Tarot and has both divinatory and reversed interpretations on each card, making it ideal for novices. It’s unnecessary to waste time and disrupt your attention by consulting a handbook.
